TESTING EQUIPMENTS DEVELOPMENT

At the core of our business, we believe innovation drives progress. That’s why we established a dedicated Research & Development unit focused on creating advanced solutions and improving the systems used in vehicle inspection. In collaboration with our trusted success partners, we also work on developing and enhancing inspection devices to ensure they meet the highest international standards and future industry needs.

01- 4X4 Synchronised SYSTEM VEHICLE INSPECTION STATION TEST SET

This device package is built on advanced technology and complies with international standards, providing highly detailed fault detection and reporting for a wide range of vehicles. It is particularly effective in diagnosing modern electric and hybrid vehicles, in addition to conventional 4×2 and 4×4 passenger cars, SUVs, off-road, and commercial vehicles. The package combines multiple specialized testing systems, including brake, suspension, dynamometer, and lateral slip devices, allowing for precise and comprehensive inspections. Furthermore, upon request, the system can be customized with a synchronized 4×4 dynamometer that operates independently, without brake, suspension, or lateral slip test devices, offering flexible solutions tailored to different inspection needs.

Malfunctions that can be detected with 4x4 synchronised system vehicle inspection station:

2- 4X2 STANDARD SYSTEM VEHICLE INSPECTION STATION TEST SET

Within the framework of the vehicle inspection station, we provide advanced solutions for accurate fault detection and detailed reporting, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment that fully complies with international standards. The package includes brake testing machines, suspension testing systems, dynamometer devices, and lateral slip testers, in addition to supplementary equipment that enables comprehensive inspection and reporting for a wide range of vehicles, including passenger cars (4×2 and SUVs), off-road vehicles, and commercial fleets.

Malfunctions that can be detected with 4X2 standard system vehicle inspection station:

3- DYNAMOMETER TEST MACHINE (ENGINE & PERFORMANCE MACHINE)

The measurement of the circular motion that occurs as a result of the transmission of the power produced by the engine of the vehicle to the tires through the drivetrain is called dyno (dynamometer).
The Dynamometer Test Device is designed to measure the performance of the vehicle by providing sufficient air flow without causing any damage to the vehicle. Although it is generally referred to as a performance tester, its main purpose is to perform a road simulation that provides a safe driving environment. The basis of its usage areas, especially the performance values of the vehicle, is provided for fault detection.

Malfunctions that can be detected with the Dynamometer Test Device:

4- BRAKE TEST DEVICE

Brake Test Device checks the brake system elements that affect braking performance. Braking performance in the vehicle is of great importance in terms of revealing the condition of the brake system. The brake system, which is the most important part of the safety of the vehicle, does not accept any room for error. The Brake Test Device enables comprehensive evaluation of a vehicle’s braking system, including rear braking restriction, stability control, pedal force, brake force and balance, rolling friction, and maximum braking power of all four wheels. It also measures the percentage values of front and rear brakes, performs ABS front brake checks, and ensures compliance with European standards.

Malfunctions that can be detected with Brake Tester:

5- SUSPENSION TEST DEVICE

The suspension system, which is the main comfort element of vehicles, is one of the elements that provide driving comfort with the coordinated operation of many parts. The suspension test is calculated in accordance with EUSAMA criteria and literally measures the weight variations of the vehicle weight on the road while driving. You can check the entire suspension system in a closed and safe area and get clear results by detecting possible malfunctions.

Malfunctions that can be detected with Suspension Tester:

6- SIDE SLIP TESTING MACHINE

With the Lateral Slip Test Device, the compatibility of the front and rear tires of the car is measured. In this test, it is determined how much the car deviates when the steering wheel is released while the car is travelling along a one kilometer straight road. This test is completed with only 1 meter of movement of the device. The Lateral Slip Test Device checks the tie rod adjustment, i.e. TOE angles, on the front and rear axles, which is one of the most important elements of safe driving.

Malfunctions that can be detected with Side Slip Test Device:

7- UV Inspection Device

UV light detector device used to identify defects or repairs in vehicle paint by revealing material and coating inconsistencies under ultraviolet light. The UV detector is specifically designed to inspect the finest details of the vehicle and is considered an essential professional tool for inspection centers, high – end showrooms, and workshops.
The device body is made from treated aluminum and compressed polymer, following a classic engineering design that provides high durability under all usage conditions and harsh weather. It also ensures extremely easy handling and usability.

Malfunctions that can be detected with UV inspection device:

8- Exhaust Emission Tester Device

A specialized device used to measure the level of pollutants and emissions produced by a vehicle’s exhaust system, ensuring compliance with approved environmental standards. This test helps evaluate engine combustion efficiency and the condition of the exhaust system, contributing to reduced harmful emissions and a cleaner environment. The exhaust emission tester operates with high precision technology to measure the concentration of gases such as Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO₂), Hydrocarbons (HC), Oxygen (O₂), and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx). A specialized probe is connected to the exhaust pipe to collect and analyze samples instantly, displaying the results on a digital screen that indicates whether the vehicle meets the permitted environmental limits.

Types of tests performed by the device:

9- Odometer Tester

The computerized odometer tester is an advanced diagnostic system that reads and analyzes electronic data from various vehicle units (such as the ECU, instrument cluster, ABS module, BCM, and others) to verify the accuracy of the recorded kilometers and detect any attempts of tampering or rollback.
The main goal of this device is to provide an accurate and reliable assessment of the vehicle’s kilometer history and data integrity. It helps inspection technicians identify discrepancies between odometer readings and other digital records, protecting customers from financial loss and enhancing the credibility of inspection reports and vehicle history. The device reads kilometer data stored in multiple vehicle modules (ECU, instrument cluster, ABS, transmission control unit, etc.) since some modules keep separate distance records.
